Please, let me forward to you a proposal –both in English and in Spanish-
received from Adrián Carballo, member of Argentina Chapter, regarding the
next ICANN Meeting to be held in Cartagena.

Personally I agree with the main topics proposed.

Dear Colleagues

In relation with the next ICANN meeting to be held in Cartagena and,
following with it was expressed by other ISOC’s members regarding the
intention to engage the team-work, I’d like to suggest if each of us may
propone three main topics in order to get an agreed Agenda.

Additionally it’d be very useful, as was suggested before, to know who will
attend the meeting. This will help us to optimize the agenda, the time-frame
and the actions to be held regarding topics previously agreed.

Personally the following topics are the main items that I’d like to be
considered in the Agenda:

1)      Capacity building – New leaders in Internet Governance arena

2)      Regional infrastructure to broadband access

3)      Analysis of perspectives after the first IGF’s mandate

Estimados Colegas,

En relación a la próxima reunión de ICANN que se realizará en Cartagena y
sumandome a la intención, como ya lo han manifestado otros miembros de ISOC
de trabajo en equipo; sugiero que cada uno de nosotros propongamos tres
temas que nos resulte de interés con el propósito de tener una agenda de
trabajo ya consensuada.

 Coincido con lo comentado por otro colega de saber si es posible, quienes
asistiran a dicha reunión.

 Esto nos ayudará a optimizar la agenda, los tiempos y poder focalizar mejor
las acciones que resulten pertinentes sobre los temas previamente
consensuados.

 Les adelanto los temas que por mi parte quisiera considerar en esta agenda
de trabajo.

1.	Capacitacion - Nuevos Lideres en Gobernanza de Internet
2.	Infraestructura Regional para el acceso a la Banda Ancha
3.	Analisis de las perspectivas despues del primer mandato del IGF
