I think this is why the ITU doesn't work well, why should we feed into it?
The Internet has no kings which is why it works well today, ITU needs to
fundamentally shift its philosophy if it wants to make serious contributions
in Internet governance. I support Bill representing ISOC and participating
but to involve chapter representative is really a waste of time.
