Dear Colleagues,

In May 2009, the 'sphere-labels' group invited members of this list to
review a draft document that they had collectively developed called
the "Principles of Affiliation - A Shared Vision Governing the
Relationship between the Internet Society (ISOC) Global and Chapters
of the Internet Society" (version 1.1):

The document can be found at: http://wiki.chapters.isoc.org/tiki-view_blog.php?blogId=3
. It is also available in Spanish at the same URL. The French
translation is underway and will be available very soon. This document
is a companion document to the 'Affiliation Agreement' (see: http://wiki.chapters.isoc.org/tiki-index.php?page=Draft+Affiliation+Agreement&bl=n%29)
.

This is a 'last call' for comments on the "Principles of Affiliation"
document. The deadline for comments is October 29th. 2010. The
following week the Chapter Taskforce review all the feedback with a
view to finalising the document and the Affiliation Agreement. We
would like to encourage you to provide feedback on both documents if
you have not already done so.

Thanks are due to the members of the sphere-labels working group who
co-authored this document. Thanks are also due to all those who have
provided feedback so far.

Best wishes
Anne
