Congratulations, Sébastien,

this is a great achievement. The ISOC community had three out of three 
candidates in this election, with different involvements.

As much as we ready ourselves to serve as an accountability mechanism, we 
must also make sure we communicate effectively with Sebastien and create a 
broad, effective, constant two-way communication channel with him and, 
through him, to the ICANN Board and to others in the At Large community.
