A summary of all the feedback received to the 2nd version of the
Affiliation Agreement is available at:

At the recent Board of Trustees meeting in Beijing on November
13th-14th, the Board were informed of the work to develop an Affiliation
document and gave their strong support to continue this work.

The next steps are to work on making the necessary changes to the
document as per the recommendations from the Task Force and to develop
the contextual and supporting information in the form of the "Chapter
Guide". This work will incorporate revisions to the Chapter Handbook and
other material currently available on the website, and the Principles of
Affilation document. We estimate that this will take until early 2011
and we will be seeking help from a small editorial committee and
feedback from the Sphere Labels group and Taskforce.
