[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Contribution to CSTD Consultation on Improvements to the Internet Governance Forum (IGF)

Attached is the ISOC response to a questionnaire from the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development about possible improvements to the Internet Governance Forum.  The CSTD will be creating a working group on the topic soon.  This response is largely drawn from previous ISOC comments to IGF and UN consultations on the IGF and enhanced cooperation.  It also draws heavily on two consultations with our membership done in 2009 and 2010.  Please feel free to distribute this to anyone who may be interested.
