Anne,

I do understand the problem of communication reaching right time and the
right place is not always feasible.

what can be done to ease siva, myself and in whole the Chennai chapter who
is raising this question ? Chennai Chapter does not want to be in the dark
when ISOC make a decision that effects Chennai region.

   - Chennai Chapter wants to provide value to ISOC by making better
   informed decisions
   - Chennai Chapter wants to help in faster decision making and wants to
   commit to the decisions made.
   - Chennai Chapter would not be a effective chapter without the commitment
coming from leader or champions on a particular decision
   - ISOC is missing in the Value of the local Chennai chapter strengths to
   make a faster progress

i do hope you understand the situation and we work together to solve this
concerns for a effective local participation for a better and stronger ISOC
globally.
