[Chapter-delegates] Funding available in 2010 : Chapter Membership Rejuvenation/Event Funding programme

Dear Colleagues,

This is just a friendly reminder to all Chapters who have not yet  
applied for funding in 2010 to support Chapter membership outreach and  
recruitment.

* All Chapters are eligible to apply for this funding.
* The purpose of the funding is to support membership recruitment and  
Chapter outreach through events
* The amount is USD 2,000 (which can also be split across several  
events)
* The funding is a once-a-year funding. It can NOT be carried over  
into 2011
