[Chapter-delegates] [REMINDER] Chapter membership data synchronisation (by 30 June)

Dear Colleagues,

This is a friendly reminder regarding the *Chapter Members Data 
Synchronisation* effort where each Chapter is asked to synchronise their 
local membership data with ISOC's system (AMS).

Many Chapters have already completed this but some have not yet started. 
However, it is very important that all Chapter member data are correctly 
shown in our system. Outdated or missing information might result in a 
Chapter (or its members) not qualifying for programmes offered by ISOC.

The deadline for the financial incentive to offset some of the related 
costs is *30 June 2010* [1]. The synchronisation needs to be finished by 
this date in order to qualify for:

* USD $500 for up to 250 members returned and uploaded into the AMS;
* USD $1000 for over 250 members and up to 500 members returned and
uploaded into AMS;
* USD $2000 for over 500 members returned and uploaded into AMS.

Your very first step would be to login to the portal at:

   https://portal.isoc.org/EBusiness/Home.aspx

Documentation describing how to synchronise the data were sent out 
previously and can still be downloaded, see list below [2].
