I agree with Veni. Some activities have no relation to analog world and need specific legislation. Being involved in Belgium in the online gambling law we discovered by using existing analog law the implementation based on the analog would completely fail. I would propose we create a specific workgroup to go in debt on this subject and eventually elaborate a list of recommendations based on national (memberstate) level.
