[Chapter-delegates] Facebook & Blackberry Services Blocked In Pakistan

In an attempt to block access to highly offensive Facebook
pages the Blackberry services have been suspended all over Pakistan, earlier
today the PTA directed all ISP in Pakistan to block access to Facebook.
