[Chapter-delegates] Announce event, ask help for event pre-registration

Hi all,

thanks to all who responded, on list or off-list, to my question about 
event pre-registration and registration software and services, several 
off-list, among whom Niel Herjee and Rodel Urani. It is useful for all of 
you to know the way this went, as I realize from off-list questions:

A member of ISOC Mexico who runs a hosting busineess has started putting 
up a small registration system, but
in the process we did find, and are testing, a couple free event 
registration systems complementary to those already offered in this
list by generous and competent chapter delegates.

The one we are testing is Eventsbot, http://www.eventsbot.com and I also 
liked what I saw in SureToMeet, http://www.suretomeet.com -
both have free options, with some conditions.

Hope this is helpful to all who find themselves with a similar need.
