[Chapter-delegates] Announce event, ask help for event pre-registration

Hi all,

1. it is my pride to announce to you that ISOC Mexico will hold its annual 
public meeting (symposium) next week, Wednesday, May 12, 2010, from 9 AM 
to 7 PM Mexico City time. The program is announced in 
http://isocmexico.wordpress.com together with further details about the 
venue. We are glad because we have a great mix of subjects and of 
speakers, from legislators to young social media promoters, and from all 
stakeholder groups. We are setting up a webcast; an announcement will be 
made once we're ready.

2. allow me to ask you for some help. Do any of you have a conference 
registration and pre-registration system that we can use online, or 
recommend a supplier for  such a service? I am 
working with the venue, which has something, but am not yet there. I'll be 
most thankful. Basic functionality needed.
