[Chapter-delegates] ACTA - ISOC submission to NZ Ministry of Economic Development

Hello all.

Please find enclosed a copy of the Internet Society's submission to the New
Zealand Ministry of Economic Development on ACTA. 
This document was submitted today.

It is substantively the same as the document the Internet Society recently
submitted to the European Commission with the addition of "We also caution
against any measures which would have the effect of transferring the
responsibility for enforcement to private entities" under the "Technology is
neutral" heading.

We are working to have this document uploaded to our website. I will send
