agree and praise the document too. It is hard for ISOC to be more 
incisive, as some may wish, with the materials in front of us and all ACTA 
negotiating governments denying any and all mischief.

The sentence "people, not technology, do evil" (in other words) has 
caught a bit of traction here in Mexico too. For most of us it's obvious 
and we use it oh too often, but journalists like to feed on the "evil 
robot", "Golem" type of view, and many in our societies need the 
eye-opener to change their reasoning.
