[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Board of Trustees elections

Alejandro:

Maybe it was not clear to Chapter Members but they can submit their
questions before April 1st to :
QandA2010 at isoc.org<http://isoc.org/wp/elections10/QandA2010@isoc.org>.
This is just one more step to get questions in the process.

The more avenues chapters have to interact with the candidates the better
for everyone and the final outcome.

This is not about feeling frustrated is just about ideas.
