[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Board of Trustees elections

I was thinking about this just yesterday and wondering if it wouldn't
be agood idea to have an online meetup with the candidates, perhaps
with video at their end - I guess it's too late now, with deadline
approaching next week.

Perhaps an idea for next time?
