[Chapter-delegates] ISOC submission for EC consultation on ACTA

Thank you very much for your comments and feedback on the proposed
statement.

ISOC has submitted the attached document to the Directorate General for
Trade of the European Commission in advance of today's European Commission
ACTA Stakeholders' Consultation Meeting in Brussels.

You will see that the submitted document has incorporated your suggestions
to add "as early as possible".
