[Chapter-delegates] EU consultation on ACTA

Thank you for your note, Christine. I am confused, though - I thought
that the European Parliament had voted overwhelmingly against ACTA at
633 to 13 with 16 abstentions to oppose the treaty.
Would someone please explain what's going on? Many thanks!
