The Georgetown Center for Business and Public Policy and the Technology
Policy Institute have convened experts from industry, academia and
government to provide an early reaction to the FCC's National Broadband
Plan, scheduled to be released on March 17. The participants will focus
on the following major questions:

* What are the plan's effects on penetration to underserved
populations?
Blair Levin, the Executive Director of the FCC's Omnibus Broadband
