[Chapter-delegates] Balance Interactive to Redevelop Website for The Internet Society

Let us ensure that all accessibility standards are strictly followed and
that minimal features, even though accessibility work-a-rounds are
implemented, are NOT forced on the public just to satisfy "creative
license."  The ability for EVERYONE to access ISOC sites is paramount.  Well
beyond the desires of "creative arts" and self-promoting-interests.
