[Chapter-delegates] Thank you! (follow up - chapters and members meeting @ ICANN)

Thank you Anne. Maybe we can use some facebook space for this info and share
pics and there we can tag people in photos.. this would be great so we can
recongnize by names and faces lot of friends we see only one or two times
every one or two years..  :( :)
