Dear Sivasubramanian,

Please note that if you join the meeting via Webex, you can use the 
integrated audio facilities that come with it. There is no need to start 
anything extra like SIP or Skype.

Only if you cannot use Webex's VOIP, you could use the separate phone 
brigde to dial in to the meeting (e.g. using Skype). We have listed all 
available numbers for this meeting below.
