Yes I had misunderstood, Annalisa. And not being present at Brussels
wasn't clear on the degree of ALAC support.

I had thought it a worthy an initial step to support the African
statement to help establish the principal.

Developing similar regional statements is all the more worthy of
attention by chapters

I think Sebastien is suggesting 1) that if interested we join the wg,
2) we should wait and see what they come up with.
