Dear Arnoud,

after having spoken to you at length in Sharm el Sheikh, the news which
you relate fill me with a mix of happiness and sadness.
Happiness that R3TF is taking off and progressing to provide an umbrella
for the much needed collaboration of researchers and other people to
implement RTT on a wider basis.
Sadness because this departure heralds the loss of an ISOC Superstar,
and you know what, you're a jolly nice chap too!
So congratulations, and please stay in touch.

Warmest regards,

Olivier
