[Chapter-delegates] Fwd: WSIS Forum 2010: INVITATION to PARTICIPATE in OPEN CONSULTATION PROCESS

thanks a lot for forwarding this invitation.

Given the long and quite broadly known history involved behind this 
consultation process, I think we would do very well to coordinate for a 
discussion among chapters and with ISOC leading staff, in particular Bill 
Graham, before going forward with our individual participations.

To begin with, we must make sure we are all aware that the fact that we do 
participate at all will be counted in ways that we may not want.
