[Chapter-delegates] Web 2.0 for NGOs

Khaled,

here in ISOC Mexico several of us have been involved in such training (Web 
2.0 for NGOs) and in successful action based on Web 2.0 (partial overturn 
of a telecommunications tax initiative last November in the Federal 
legislature, the most notable one; but also in action around the ACTA 
agreement, against violence in one of our cities, and a few other 
initiatives.)

We would be glad to assist with the curriculum and program, and to provide 
a speaker if it can be arranged (f2f or distance-learning.)

I do have some written materials in long and short texts, and slides, 
ready to be shared, in Spanish (easily translated into French and in need 
to do English too.)

We not only describe the story of these actions but also have some 
analysis as to what makes a successful campaign combining Internet and 
meatspace, for immediate application.
