[Chapter-delegates] SF-BAY ISOC chapter social event invitation

Hello friends, I would like to invite chapter delegates who may be
travelling to the bay area this week to our social event. It has been one
year since our chapter formed and we have grown from 30 to 140 members. We
will be announcing an upcoming IPv6 panel as well as an INET in San
Francisco. Please join us in celebrating our one year success and also hear
about exciting events and initiatives for 2010.
