[Chapter-delegates] Query

All,

Just my $.02...

If we are talking about a program focused on generating, building, educating, and supporting "ISOC Next Generation Leaders" then we need to place our focus on those who are "up and coming" and will be in the position of having "major roles in their communities" in the future.   The need to educate, encourage, and support those who are now in those major roles has existed and will continue to exist, but I do not believe the program in development right now is meant to take care of that need as well.

Perhaps those of us who have been around since even before the beginning should increase our efforts to make sure we provide as much as we can of our experiences and knowledge not only to those around us who are in those major roles but also to anyone around us that show promise of being in that Next Generation Leaders cohort...
