[Chapter-delegates] members.isoc.orgc

Joly, looks like we have the same challenges of having prospective chapter
members join ISOC global. I have a detailed page on how to become a chapter
member http://www.sfbayisoc.org/join, about a year ago I had a hard time
growing the chapter members because asking them just to go to ISOC website
and become a member was confusing. I found that creating a join page and
linking it to ISOC made the process simpler and also made it easier to grow
our membership base.

A suggestion I would like to make is if the new web development team of
ISOC's website redesign could look into building an API for membership. This
would make it simple for chapters to pass new members to ISOC.
