[Chapter-delegates] Balance Interactive to Redevelop Website for The Internet Society

Also I hope that Balance Interactive uses Agile method for development (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agile_software_development). Most Web 2.0 development is done this way now and it would be good for ISOC to take advantage of it, it will help Balance Interactive integrate end user feedback better and prioritize feature development all around end user feedback.
