ISOC-LA is fully on board and supportive of R3TF and the RTT 
initiative.

Though I am sure many would say that text is an "old time technology" 
and be right, they would be missing the boat on the score of 
supporting the 'Digital Divide' and the many individuals who deserve 
to be a part of today's communications capabilities as everyone.
