Salut Patrick et Franck,
I like Veni's proposal to finance a half-time employee. What happened to
the proposal ?
Most of our budget at ISOC Québec comes from government programs in
which obligation is made to provide at least 35% of the budget for any
given project. It would be nice to match that demand with a half-time
trained employee payed by ISOC.
