Dear all,

Thanks to all who took part in the Chapter Needs Survey conducted in 
September!

All 60 participants have been put into a lucky draw and a number has been 
randomly generated today.

I'm happy to announce that Frédéric MUTEMBO M'FABULE from the ISOC DRC 
Chapter is the LUCKY WINNER of the HTC Nexus One Smartphone.

PS: Details about the draw: the list of all entries, numbered 1-60, has been 
sent to Olivier/England Chapter. Then, Hans Peter/German Chapter using the 
true random number generator (random.org) sent us a snapshot of the draw 
which was: "46", corresponding in the list to the DRC entry mentioned above.
