Yes, we would have liked to webcast the India Kolkata Chapter events, such as OWD 2010 and the IPv6 workshops, but were unable to do so due to resource and fund constraints. If an option such as the one you propose was available, I am sure we would have benefited and so would a lot of our members and potential members who were unable to join us at the venue.
