ISOC HQ is embarrassed of its chapters, if they could not exists, life would be easier for them...

The board of trustee seems to support that view.

Rodel,
I am not sure that it's a great idea, but in the past, when certain 
chapters have done similar things, without prior consulting with ISOC, 
there have been nervous emails and warnings that this is not 
appropriate. That's why I wonder why in this situation ISOC did not ask 
the chapters to do something.
