We also have the similar view that till now the Membership of the Chapters;
the Affiliation Agreements needs to be discussed further in an consultation
with each chapter, and how the r
 ole of the Chapters in Engagement and Public Policy can be made appropriate
dealing with government (especially in the case of Pakistan) recently
facebook  and wikileaks issues, also
the Chapters are ISOC at the local are not recognised; should they be
registered with the Country Government Departments.
