[Chapter-delegates] The Future of the Internet Governance Forum

I have signed with this comment (not verbatim)
Internet evolved largely by community participation and it works because of
its participative and user centric model. A multi-stakeholder approach suits
Internet Governance for this reason. The idea of reversing this approach to
an unilateral approach amounts to reversing progress.
