[Chapter-delegates] REMINDER: ISOC meetings in Cartagena - December2010

Dear Sabrina and colleagues:
As President of the Internet Society Colombian Chapter, ISOC-Colombia, I 
would like to give all presential and virtual participants in ISOC meetings 
during ICANN´s global event in Cartagena, Colombia a very warm welcome, to 
this country where the only risk is to stay and the word for foreigner is 
"amigo" (friend). I will be arriving on sunday afternoon and will be around 
just in case, as your local amigo. If you need any type of help or 
information, just let me know.
