[Chapter-delegates] NTIA calls ICANN on the carpet over new gTLD process

Hi, Joly,

I'm in transit to Cartagena.  I haven't had a chance to think through the strategy we should take on this.  Certainly, ISOC will want to be clearly in support of the AoC, and the need to maintain confidence in the system by honouring commitments.  As to a statement, or oral interventions, we need to consider what's most effective.  One factor will be to see how high profile the NTIA makes this.  We need to be prepared for sure.
