[Chapter-delegates] DRAFT "Beta" release - Chapter Toolkit - no. 1 "Tools for Mobilising Volunteers" - Feedback wanted

Hi there

* Has anything been left out that you would like to see included?

The toolkit is complete, easy to read and understand.
I suggest to include some links to graphical resources in the toolkit for
example to word or openoffice templates for letters and related material so
people can access official logos, colors and more ready to use

* Is the toolkit helpful?

YES. We will see more when use it and then we will be able to provide some
additional feedback

* Do you have any further examples of success in working with volunteers?

Recognize the work of local volunteers on international publications is a
very nice way to thanks for the time and effort of volunteers.
