This is a very good example of how the ISOC chapters could influence  
in local policy matters.
This one, and many other experiences that have being shared in the  
list by other chapters in the last few weeks, show how productive  
could be the ISOC chapters when they are active and well organized.

Whet it works well, the ISOC chapters are empowered by the use of the  
"brand" ISOC and by the knowledge and experiences share and received  
through the ISOC channels and at the same time, all ISOC structure is  
very enriched and benefited by the local experiences brought by the  
chapters to all the ISOC community.
