Thanks, Raul.
It's good to note that there were a number of contributions on the list, 
which were taken into consideration. That's a giant leap for ISOC, which 
in the past has ignored contributions not only from chapters, but from 
Trustees. The process also showed that there's nothing dangerous in 
consulting with the chapters *before* a document is released officially.

I think that special thanks should go to chapter representatives 
Eduardo, Jean Robert, Olivier, Carlos for their timely contributions.
