[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Board of Trustees Elections - Report from the Elections Committee

Congratulations to Narelle, who has been elected by the chapters.
This was a good election with very good candidates and good level of
participation.
I would like also to thank the other candidates for participating in
the process.
