[Chapter-delegates] Smolensk

Dear everyone,
ISOC-Bulgaria expresses our sadness on the tragic loss of friends,
leaders, people of Poland near Smolensk.

We feel the pain of all Poland, and we understand no words can make
this any different, but nevertheless, we are here, shoulder by
shoulder with our friends and colleagues from ISOC-Poland!
