[Chapter-delegates] Schedule of IGF workshops proposed by ISOC India Chennai

Hello Bill Graham

Thank you. Yes, a lot of work needs to be done to coordinate. I am waiting
for some final adjustments to the schedule, and in by this weekend will
write to all confirmed panelists.

( Just as I have taken plenty of help from Chapters, from Veni and George
Sadowsky in particular, and continued help from you, I will ask for help in
further tasks. )
