[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a Chapter in the Greater Washington DC region (U.S.)

Hi,
some of us have been aware of the activities Mike Nelson has started in
order to reactivate the DC (now Greater DC) chapter.
Unless it doesn't pass the "ruffled feathers" test ISOC Mexico fully
supports this restart. Is anybody aware of something like that happening?
Is Gene Gaines around to comment? (Since we do not see the list of 180
persons we can't just go check if the previous leadership of the DC
chapter is in agreement or, even better, on board.)
