I appreciate your support Siva, but I think the corollary of what Mike
Todd was pointing out above is that, in making local representations
of a global organization - even one as loose-knit as OneWebDay, one
*does* have to bear in mind the overall profile and publicity
strategies of that organization.  But it is certainly a contrast to
the devolved approach of previous years.

What that "profile and publicity strategy" should be is certainly a
worthy topic of wide ranging discussion and input by participants.
