[Chapter-delegates] isoc-ny pamphlet

Something we have long procrastinated at ISOC-NY is the creation of a
pamphlet to give out at events.

With three OneWebDay related events this week  - http://isoc-ny.org/owd
I was finally inspired to throw something together.

Apart from a simple chapter description and details of webcasts etc
all copy is lifted straight from isoc.org:

(to be double folded)

It needs some adjustment, for instance key issues are mentioned
without specifying them.

Nevertheless handing it out at today's events was gratifying, to say the least.

I hope that it may inspire other chapters that might have, like us,
been putting it off.

Does anyone else have similar efforts to share?
