[Chapter-delegates] Sphere Consult Project group - task completed

Dear Colleagues,

This is to advise you that the Sphere Consult project group has  
completed it's task:  "Devise a draft set of protocols for the conduct  
of policy consultations between ISOC Global and Chapters and between  
Chapters and ISOC Global "

The 'Best Practice' document is a guideline to help anyone in ISOC  
wishing to conduct  a consultation.

The next step is to pass this document to the ISOC Executive team for  
their consideration and adoption.  The final documents will also be  
translated into French and Spanish. Thank you to the volunteers in the  
Sphere Consult and to all those who have participated in the process  
to date.
